Our goal at Walton Mountain K-9 Camp is to make your dog's stay as enjoyable as possible.
We want dogs to be excited when they come to camp, after all "ITS ALL ABOUT THE DOGS"
We provide a fun and comfortable atmosphere for our K-9 guests. Just a few of our amenities include:
ABOUT OUR CAMP:
You will notice when you come to camp, that the dogs in our kennel are not barking, they only bark or get
excited when a new dog or person enters. Camp dogs are well exercised, happy and on a schedule. To
keep all dogs calm, on their regular schedule and you have previously seen the kennel-- please allow us to
walk your dog(s) to the kennel.
We understand that boarding your dog(s) is like trusting us with your children, and we will make sure that
all dogs that stay with us have a good time here, and are cared for like our own. Please don't let other
experiences you have had effect your feelings about boarding your dog(s) with us...you will get the
pictures to prove the good times your dog(s) will have at camp. We are very proud of the way we run our
camp and nothing makes us happier than...dogs that drag us to the door when they come back or how all
the dogs go on their own to their sleeping rooms after playtime or nature walks and stand in the doorway
waiting for their biscuit or when people tell us that they can't say "camp" because their dogs get excited.
We provide:
Dog taxi available for pick up and drop off.
Training by certified and accredited dog trainer.

INCLUDED IN BOARDING FEE:
At camp dogs are provided with 3 play yard visits a day and 2 nature walks.
If requested we allow play mates. (Dogs are supervised while playing)
Dogs visit the "lounge room" to enjoy movies. (this helps dogs feel at home)
Owners receive pictures of their dogs first stay to document their dogs fun-filled time at camp!
Pictures will be emailed.

Tuesday- 8:00am - 6:00pm
Wednesday- Closed to public
Thursday- 8:00am - 6:00pm
Friday- 8:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday- 8:00am - 3:00pm
Sunday- 8:00am - 3:00pm (No Dog Taxi)
Camp dog's schedule: ( Spring and Summer ) Movies:
8am to 10am- potty time / play yard visit / AM feeding/ kennel cleaning Mon- lady and the tramp
10am to 12pm - 1st nature walks (weather permitting) Tues- Balto
12pm to 3pm- nap time (all dogs are put in sleeping rooms) Wed- 101 dalmatians
3pm to 5pm- 2nd nature walks (weather permitting) Thurs- Homeward bound
5pm to 6pm - play yard / PM feeding/ kennel cleaning Fri- Shilo
6pm to 9pm- lounge room (movie time) Sat- All dogs go to heaven
9pm to 10pm- last potty time Sun- Babe
10pm- bed time (all dogs are put in sleeping rooms)
If nature walks are rained out, all dogs will have indoor playtime.

- Guest “cabins” are designed of wood walls and tile floors.
- individual spacious sleeping rooms
- Play yards are grass and mulch -not concrete or rock.
- Large indoor play and lounge room with TV.
- Lighting is kept dim for calming.
- Central heat and air/ regulated temp.
- Calming classical music
- A full day of camp activities
- Nap time from 12-3pm
- Camp fires w/ doggie s'mores ( spring through Fall )
- Doggie pools in all play yards (spring through Fall)
